Are Hairyer products suitable for all hair types?

Absolutely. Our products are suitable for all hair types — fine, thick, straight, wavy, or curly — and work on both men and women
Are the products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. All Hairyer products are dermatologically tested, cruelty-free, and free from parabens, sulphates, and synthetic fragrances. If you have specific skin concerns, we recommend doing a patch test before first use.

How do I remove the products?

Both products wash out easily with your regular shampoo. No special removal products are needed.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes! We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over the value £15. International shipping is also available — rates are calculated at checkout
How long does delivery take?

Standard UK delivery takes 2–4 working days. Express next-day delivery is available at checkout for orders placed before 2pm.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and are shown at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

Due to the personal nature of our hair care products and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any items that have been opened or used. All returned items must be unused, in their original sealed packaging, and in the same condition as received.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Can I return an unopened item?

Yes. Unopened, sealed items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please contact our customer support team via the Contact page or email us at
customerservice@hairyer.co.uk with your order number to arrange a return.
When will I receive my refund?

Refunds for eligible returns are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item in its original sealed condition. You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
